New Hong Kong Restaurant in Seattle

The dim sum here is good. The selection is a bit smaller than other neighboring places, but enough to get the major dim sum dishes. The shumai and humbao are delicious!! Large space for parties and events as well.

I recently attended a dinner with a Malaysian Group to celebrate the New Year. The restaurant had been booked 6 months earlier for the party. Our group was packed like sardines with another group in the same hall. Service was horrible, in fact there was no service. Food was cold and tasteless. Our group of about 150 people had no privacy and could not hear ourselves nor the master of ceremonies or any speeches. We had to remind the handful of servers several times for tea, until we had to get it ourselves. The food was extremely slow and cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management should think twice before over booking their restaurant and providing such terrible service.

Rude. Wait staff can ruin a meal. Aside from dim sum, we ordered fried rice and HK style noodles. One female staff kept asking us to try this one other dish. I said NO four times. So pushy. Last straw was when a male staff picked up our cash as we were paying and we were still contemplating on the tip. He looked at the cash and came back to us and said, "This is the tip you're leaving? It's not enough. You should leave 15%". What the heck? I wanted to leave a big ZERO for the obnoxious attitude. How dare a wait staff tell the customer how much to tip. Will not come back and will tell others of our experience. Lots of other dim sum places in town.

Food was mediocre. But the Free parking was a plus.
